We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Deliveries are conducted during business hours, Monday – Friday. Excludes weekends and public holidays. Transit times are estimated and may be affected by factors out of our control and may change without notice.

We Only Ship Within Australia

We offer two delivery methods. Please see below:
- Australia Post standard shipping $8.00 (estimated 3-6 business days).
- Australia Post express delivery $12.00 (estimated 1-2 business days).

How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?

Delivery times are estimated from the time your parcel is dispatched, not from when your order is placed. To check the expected time frame, please use the Australia Post calculator here – we ship from the Gold Coast (4217). 


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the date you purchased your item to request a return. You can return an item for the following reasons:

• The product is damaged, or the packaging is faulty;
• You received the wrong product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, we do not accept returns if you have changed your mind.

Refund, Exchange Or Store Credit

If you request a return correctly in accordance with the return instructions below, then subject any applicable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, we will:
Refund – provide you with a refund of the purchase price if the product returned is in a new, unused and resaleable condition and the product is being returned for any permitted reason other than a change of mind; or
Exchange/store credit – provide you with a replacement product or a store credit equal to the purchase price of the returned product if the product returned has been lightly sampled, opened or unwrapped and the product is being returned for any permitted reason.

Damaged Items, Faulty Packaging Or Wrong Product

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain types of items cannot be returned. We will not accept or process returns for the following products:
• Used cosmetics;
• Gift cards
